My resume is gone. Can you restore it?
Resumes are saved only on your phone, so we have no copy to restore. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes saved resumes. Export a PDF or Word copy of anything important.
How do I delete a resume?
On the Resumes screen, open the resume's More menu, choose Delete and confirm.
My export looks different from the preview
Open the export screen and check every page before choosing a format. Word files use a simpler editable layout, and PNG and JPG include page one only. For applications, send the PDF.
How do I change my ad choices?
Open Settings > Privacy choices. This option appears where the law requires it, such as in the EEA and UK.
How do I stop notifications?
Turn off Settings > Notifications in the app, or block notifications for Okay Resume in your phone's settings.
How do I turn off usage analytics?
Open Settings > Usage analytics and switch it off. It is off by default.
