Delete your data
Okay Resume has no accounts, and your resumes are never uploaded to us, so there is no profile on our servers to delete. Here is how to remove everything the app keeps.
Resumes and photos
- To delete one resume, open its More menu on the Resumes screen, choose Delete and confirm. Its photo is deleted with it.
- To delete everything at once, uninstall Okay Resume, or open Android Settings > Apps > Okay Resume > Storage and choose Clear storage.
Files you exported or shared, and device backups, are separate copies. Delete them from where you saved or sent them.
Usage analytics
Usage analytics is off by default. Turning it off under Settings > Usage analytics stops future collection. To ask for analytics data already sent to be deleted, email us with the approximate date you used the app and we will help where we can.
Notifications
Turning off Settings > Notifications deletes the notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Advertising
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. On Android, open Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID. Where the law requires it, change your ad consent under Settings > Privacy choices in the app.
